From the beginning, they were very responsive and answered my questions quickly. They made sure to communicate about many of the things I may not have thought about as a first-time bride. They were also very accomodating in letting us pick up the napkins and linens prior to the day so we could have as much time as possible for set up. On the day, I didn't have to worry about a thing.
